1. About the platform

Gardaş AI is being developed as a local AI-powered digital platform focused on Northern Cyprus. Its aim is to make information about homes, rooms, listings, transport, jobs, places and daily island life clearer and more practical.

2. Beta stage

Gardaş AI is currently in closed beta / testing. Demo answers, sample listings, suggestions and guidance shown during beta are intended for product development and user experience testing.

3. Not official advice

Answers provided by Gardaş AI are for general information and supportive guidance only. They are not a substitute for official advice on legal, medical, tax, visa, residence, payment, deposit, contract, official procedure or financial matters.

Official sources or qualified professionals should be checked for these topics.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for verifying any information, listing, suggestion or guidance before relying on it.

For homes, rooms, jobs, ride sharing, payments and deposits, you should separately check the person, location, price, date, terms and safety details.

5. Listings and third-party information

During beta, Gardaş AI may show sample listings, demo content or user scenarios. These do not always represent real, current or binding offers.

Gardaş AI is not automatically responsible for information, listings or services provided by third parties.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Gardaş AI to share misleading, fake or malicious information; share another person’s personal data without permission; commit fraud, harassment, spam or illegal activity.

Behaviour that harms platform security, operation or other users’ experience is not allowed.

7. Beta access and limits

Closed beta access may be run with a limited number of users. Gardaş AI reserves the right to accept, reject, limit or end beta access.

During beta, features may change, be removed or temporarily disabled.

8. Content and accuracy

Gardaş AI aims to provide accurate and useful information; however, during beta, information may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated.

Users should make their own checks before acting on any information.

9. Limitation of responsibility

Gardaş AI cannot be held unlimitedly responsible for loss, damage, misunderstanding or third-party issues arising from actions taken based on information or guidance provided by the platform.
